Generator Ordinance

Report by the Acting Attorney General

No. 19 of 1887.

Attorney General's Office,

27th May, 1887.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance to enable the Trustees of the Rhenish Missionary Society to sell and dispose of certain leasehold property within the Colony of Hongkong,"

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's instructions.

This Ordinance has been passed to enable the Reverend Ferdinand Wilhelm Dietrich and Emmanuel Schlähe, the present Trustees of the Rhenish Missionary Society, to sell the land (Inland Revenue 2017/24) in the Ordinance
